• Automatically deletes all content after 60 seconds for privacy protection
• Limits usage to 5 summaries per day per device to ensure fair access

3. Eligibility and User Requirements

3.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3.2 Capacity

By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that your use of the Service will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

3.3 Account-Free Service

No registration or account creation is required. Usage is tracked per device/browser to enforce daily limits while maintaining your privacy.

• Limits reset at midnight (UTC) each day
• No carryover of unused summarizations to the next day
• Limits are enforced through browser fingerprinting and local storage

5.2 Technical Limitations

• Maximum text length: 50,000 characters per submission
• Processing timeout: 30 seconds maximum per request
• Automatic content deletion after 60 seconds
• No storage or retrieval of past summaries

5.3 Rate Limiting

We implement rate limiting to prevent abuse and ensure fair access. Excessive requests may result in temporary IP blocking or service restrictions.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by TxtSummarizer and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed $100 USD.
